Aaron Cook found his way into the field of education having been inspired throughout his college career by his teachers, coaches and mentors at St. Lawrence University. 

In high school, Aaron was a 12-letter student athlete playing baseball, soccer, and ice hockey.  A year of growth at Cushing Academy as a post-graduate gave Aaron the tools he needed to participate in the Division 1 ice hockey program while at St. Lawrence. After college graduation, Aaron worked for five years as a research technician in a lab at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. 

Aaron began his teaching career at a girl’s boarding school in Greenfield, MA, followed by two years at a boys’ boarding school in West Newton, MA.  Aaron has been actively coaching throughout his teaching career having coached soccer, softball, baseball and ice hockey.

Aaron his wife, Heidi, and their daughter Adrienne currently reside in Chapel Hill.
