Rose Cooper brings a wealth of diverse skills to The Elon School.  She has experience in data processing, human resources, and program operations.  In over six years with Elon Homes and Schools for Children, she has established herself as a consistent and level-headed administrator. Graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Industrial Relations, she worked in Human Resources for over 25 years.  Since she also manages many of the programs of Elon Homes and Schools for Children in Charlotte, she commutes to Charlotte frequently.
